| Lost Egypt pyramid found! |

The foundations of a pyramid long lost under the sands of Egypt lie exposed on June 2, 2008. Archaeologists today announced the rediscovery of the ruins in Saqqara, south of Cairo.
The so-called Headless Pyramid was reported in the early 19th century by a German archaeologist, but its exact location was subsequently lost.
th its recent rediscovery, archaeologists have determined that the pyramid probably belonged to Pharaoh Menkauhor, who is believed to have ruled for eight years in the mid-2400s B.C. Teams also found a new part of a sacred road at the site that is thought to have been used for processions of mummified royal bulls.

We are glad to announce Freds summer party 2008 on Friday, June 20th in Marriott Hurghada Red Sea Resort.
We will start to gather around 12.30 pm on the wonderful Marriott Island to enjoy some leisure time and funny hours.
1pm we will start to hand over all certificates to the club children participating our swimming certifications on Friday June 13th. During the last weeks all kids trained in the club hard to achieve different swimming
levels. Congratulate them with us!
Furthermore we will also do some:
- Water games
- Handcraft
- Tombola with nice prizes
- Snack Buffet
All children with a valid Frog Swimming Club membership card 2008 are invited by FREDS together with their father or mother. For all other you can get your entrance ticket by visiting our reservation desk until Thursday, June 19th from 10-12 noon. Entrance fees are for adults 35LE, children (8-14 years) 20LE, Children under 8 years free of charge (max. 1 child <8 years per adult). All entrance tickets include 1 free ticket to our tombola/lotterie. Please reserve in advance.

If you have a child in your life whom you'd like to get to know better, whether it's a stepchild, a grandchild, a niece or nephew, or your child's best friend, try these games.
As kids get older, they stop communicating as openly as they once did. Any opportunity to gain insight into their thoughts, hopes, and way of looking at the world is a wonderful chance for you to get closer to them. These games and activities were just as much fun for my husband to do with his own daughters, as they were valuable to me in fulfilling my new role in their lives.
The Quiz
For each member of the family, I made up a list of fill-in-the-blank questions. Each page was devoted to one of us and was entitled, "How well do you know Jennifer?" or "How well do you know Dad?" The questions about each person varied to be appropriate. For my teen-aged stepdaughter's page, I asked questions like "My favorite music video is _____," "The name of the boy I like at school is ______," and "My least favorite teacher is ____."
On my younger stepdaughter's page, the questions were more like "My favorite cartoon is _____" and "If I could only keep one of my toys, it would be ______." I made four copies of each sheet and assembled them into packets. Everyone in the family had to fill in the blanks for every other family member, as well as answer the questions on their own page.
After everyone finished, we took turns going around the circle. My husband and both my stepdaughters would read their guesses for each question about me, and I'd tell them what I actually answered, and so on until everyone had shared all their answers. It's not necessary to keep score, but if your family is competitive, have family members give themselves one point for each correct answer. At the end, the person who has the most points is the champ and can choose that evening's snack or the video your family is going to rent. |

In cases of over-exposure, tanning and sunburn, here are a few excellent remedies:
- Coconut oil is very gentle for skin. Massage whole body with coconut oil before going out in sun. It hepls in sunburn prevention.
- Milk is also a good food remedy for sun burns. To get relief apply on affected area using a cloth.
- Appling ice to the burned area is beneficial.
- Using cold tea bags will remove tanning from the sunburns.
- Sliced small pieces of raw cucumber or potato and applying to affected area will reduce redness and inflammation caused by sunburn. Application of sandal wood paste also provide relief from the burning sensation.
- Mix wheat flour, milk, olive oil, or barley flour, honey, and raw egg white paste to make a mixture. Use this mixture for treating sunburn. It will be prove best home remedy for sunburn skin. Taking a bath of tide laundry detergent will provide relief from sunburn blisters.
- Take 2 tomatoes puree, cucumber puree and Mix with lemon juice. Apply this paste all over the suntanned and sunburnt skin. Let it dry. Dab the puree again. Repeat 3 times and let it dry thoroughly, then rinse off. Use this treatment for a week and see the difference. It not only helps to soothe the burnt area, it adds a glow to the skin too.
- Boil and mash some cabbage leaves. Apply the pulp all over the tanned and sunburnt areas. Leave on for 15 minutes before washing off with cold water. Repeat this sunburn treatment at least for a week. This remedy acts as a protective and soothing balm. Use whenever you have been exposed to the hot sun.
- Honey and lime juice is also used in treating sunburn. Mix 2 spoons of honey with lemon jucie and apply over the sunburned or tanned skin areas. Helps to lighten and soothe the skin.
Another effective remedy for sunburn:
Dip some gauze into milk and apply it to your sunburned skin. The tannic acid in the tea draws the burn out of the skin and heals it. After just one application, most sunburns are no longer painful and are much less red. However, this treatment will act on the pain but may not prevent peeling.
