Once found, please click on the label to view the detail page; just under the title you will see the option to ‘Claim this listing’. Click here, complete the required fields and submit it to the Spot team for verification.
When it’s been verified, it will appear in your Profile along with your personal information (Profile), your Friends, and any Classifieds ads you have active. From here you can fully maintain your listing at any time without the need to come through us.
You are able to claim more than one listing on the site and we encourage you to claim all listings relating to your business(es).

'Rally of Egypt' won by Hurghada resident |

The Rally of Egypt is an annual event held by the Egyptian Motorcycle Federation. The 80km track lies outside Cairo on El Wahat High Way. This year’s rally was held on 27th February 2009 in difficult weather conditions. Strong winds whipped sand across the course for most of the day.
This was the first year that the competition opened to non-Federation members in an effort to enhance connections with other bodies in neighbouring countries.
The event was won by Kimmo Hagman, keen underwater photographer and manager of Colona Dive Centre in Hurghada, Emad Elshahawy took second place.
Our congratulations go to both of them and to all those who took part.

Egypt’s first Kempinski hotel to open May 1st 2009 |

Anemone City - Ras Mohammed National Park
Anemone City is a broad shoulder of reef just north of Shark Reef.
The reef initially slopes gently, then suddenly drops away at a sharp angle to a smooth wall, broken by plateaus and inlets. Shelves can be seen nearby, on which densely packed coral heads appear to be dancing to the rhythm of the currents.
In the shallow waters of Anemone City are the Radianthus sea anemones after which this Sinai Peninsula dive site is named. There are literally thousands of the attendant anemone fish, but typical reef fish dominate with considerable numbers.
In the mornings Anemone City lives up to its name when it suffers from rush hour fish traffic, as the city streets bustles with the activity of some prolific fish life.

You need to eat every two to three hours
|
1. Eat more, not less
Eating less than is required to support your basal metabolism will slow your metabolism down. My clients raise metabolism and keep blood sugar levels stable with regular healthy eating.
2. Snacking is good
Watch out for the late afternoon and evening slump. If you want to burn fat and prevent your body putting it back on, you must stabilise your blood sugar. In order to do this, you need to eat every two to three hours, which includes healthy snacking mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
3. Drink more... water
Drink eight glasses of water a day between meals. Have a large glass of water 20 to 30 minutes before meals. Other drinks to include are herbal teas and vegetable juices. If you are exercising you should be drinking even more.
4. Drink less at mealtimes
Do not drink copious amounts of liquids with meals, not even still water. Have a glass of water about half an hour before you eat and take only little sips during meals if you must. Fizzy drinks are banned.
5. Eat soup first
Have soup before a meal. Studies show that soup before a meal is a good way to feel satisfied.

6. Find out what's eating you
Eating foods that aren't healthy can often be triggered by stress, boredom, loneliness, anger, depression and other emotions. Learning to deal with emotions without food is a significant skill that will greatly serve long-term weight control.
